We are also looking for volunteers from our membership for various committee roles.

Volunteering to join an ASHRAE Ireland committee is a practical way to contribute to the HVAC&R community while building your own professional network and skills. ASHRAE describes volunteering as a way to gain access to authoritative technical information, stay current with industry advances, and help influence the direction of HVAC&R practice, while the Ireland Chapter highlights the value of personal connections, mentorship, and shared expertise in creating a stronger professional community.

As a member or Chair of an ASHRAE Ireland committee, you and your organisation can support activities such as technical events, student outreach, membership engagement, and sustainability initiatives, which gives you the chance to make a visible impact, learn from experienced peers, and help strengthen the chapter’s role in the Irish heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, built-environment sector and allied trades.
