ASHRAE Seeks Presentations for 2025 Conference for Integrated Design, Construction & Operations
The 2025 ASHRAE Conference for Integrated Design, Construction and Operations (CIDCO) has announced a call for presentations. The conference takes place August 13-15, 2025 in Denver, CO. The conference provides an in-depth look at existing tools and applied knowledge, as well as the study and introduction of new technologies including machine learning, artificial intelligence, virtual reality and robotics to design, construct and operate buildings.
“Digital technologies and integrated design practices are revolutionizing how we design, construct, and operate buildings. CIDCO 2025 brings together designers, builders, and operators in one forum to elevate integrated design practices and drive innovation in ways that weren’t possible before.” - Steering Committee member, Rick Fenrich.
Modelers, owners, principals, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, analysts and students are all invited to submit presentation proposals. Creative and interactive presentation formats are strongly encouraged.
The 2025 CIDCO Steering Committee requests proposals for the following submission types:

- Seminar:
1-4 speakers and session Chair, on one of the conference topics. Individual slide decks for each speaker required. (60-90 min)
Conference topics cover:
- Balancing Operational Carbon with Embodied Carbon
- Energy and Carbon reduction modelling & analysis
- Modeling Advances - Tools and Workflows
- Simulation Integration with Building Information Modeling/Management
- Generative Design & AI
- Digital Twin Asset Management
- Occupant Health, Wellbeing & Comfort
- Real time monitoring and predictive analysis
