The past four years have seen a full cycle of facilities’ neglect as buildings emptied and property owners and managers chose to let things degrade until the property was again bringing in a good level of revenue. As a result, I’ve been called in to assess more HVAC equipment in the past year than I have probably looked at in any previous four-year period in my career.
