Last week launched our Mentorship “Introduction Workshop” for all of our mentors/mentees as part of the ASHRAE Ireland and CIBSE Mentorship Program 2022 . Our YEA Chair Conor Deane and incoming president Conor Murray conducted three key breakout sessions which went through the Mentoring Agreement Worksheet , CPD Template and. Mentorship Diary.
